At Unique Beans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please note, due to artisan small-batch roasting practice, some variations may occur, and we reserve the right to apply a no return policy.

Our products are made to order. Due to the customize nature of the item we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver you or you recieve a wrong or faulty item. In such case, contact us within 48 hours to process your request.
28-Days Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 28-days money back guarantee on refundable products. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team using the request return order at this website within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can process your request on time.
To be eligible for a return: Perishable goods such as coffee and tea, and other customized products we sell (drinkware, apparel, and personalized items) cannot be returned, except if we shipped the wrong order, or the item is damaged before delivery. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Opened Products: Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been unpacked from their original packaging. To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, they must remain in their original, unopened condition.
Cancelled orders
Unique Beans will charge a handling charge of up to 100% on cancelled goods that have been shipped.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, items bought on sale, bundles, on promotion or were discounted with coupons cannot be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: You, the customer, must let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods, that you want to return the goods because we shipped the wrong product, or it was damaged before shipping. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the Return Authorization (RA) number. You have, then, another 14 days to return the goods.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by us along with the RA number. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not compensate for return shipping expanses.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received the approved refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our website´s contact page.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we would be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
